Shipping Times
We ship fresh truffles in 24h / 48h throughout Italy and Europe. Shipments are made by express courier selected to offer quality of service and safety, in special containers for fresh food, so that it maintains every precious organoleptic quality.
Precisely because the truffle is precious, we have devised and organized a shipping system that aims to avoid delays or deterioration of the product; for this reason we ship only on Monday and Thursday.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to always check the condition of his (her) package (s) on delivery based on the number of packages indicated on the delivery note. Any reservation or complaint must be addressed to info@albatartufobianco.com within the established terms.
Payment methods accepted
The Purchaser may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by the following means:
-PAYPAL
through the PayPal circuit, through your PayPal account or with your credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
When the user selects one of these two payment methods, he is redirected directly to the manager's website (Paypal).
